By creating an account, accessing, or using SuperEA (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SuperEA provides an AI-powered agent platform that automates workspace actions, manages communications, handles calendar scheduling, and interacts via integrations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice during the alpha release.
3. User Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and integrations. Any actions taken through your account (including actions performed by AI agents based on your prompt instructions) are your direct responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Automated Actions & Limitations
AI agents are autonomous to the degree configured by your instructions. While we configure safeguards, we are not liable for any communication errors, scheduling conflicts, or data operations caused by AI decision logic. Please review all pending approvals and drafts manually.
5. Termination and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to the breach of these Terms.
